TransTech Acquires Allcryo to Expand Cryogenic Gas Services

TransTech Group has acquired Allcryo, expanding cryogenic and CO₂ service capabilities and extending its industrial gas infrastructure footprint into Texas and the western U.S.

(P&GJ) — TransTech Group has acquired Texas-based Allcryo, expanding its cryogenic and industrial gas service capabilities and extending its footprint into the western United States.

The deal, completed through TransTech’s Cryogenic Technology Resources (CTR) platform, adds equipment, maintenance and repair services for cryogenic and CO₂ systems, strengthening the company’s presence across the industrial gas value chain.

Allcryo, based in Montgomery, Texas, provides storage tanks, pump systems and field services for industrial gas applications, supporting customers across energy, industrial and process markets.

TransTech said the acquisition enhances its ability to provide integrated services, from engineered equipment to field execution.

Greg Ezzell, president and chief growth officer of TransTech Group, said the deal expands the company’s reach and service offering.

“Allcryo expands our geographic reach and strengthens our ability to deliver integrated solutions across a broader set of customers and markets,” Ezzell said.

Brian Holland, president of CTR, said the acquisition strengthens capabilities in cryogenic and CO₂ systems.

“This acquisition expands our capabilities and strengthens our proximity to customers,” Holland said.

As part of the expansion, CTR is also increasing capacity at its South Carolina operations to support growing demand for engineered equipment and service work.

Allcryo will continue operating under its existing brand following the acquisition.
